Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5-7 days and delivery confirmed by way of order number.
Return and Refunds Policy The provision of goods and services by Rythmic Beat is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Rythmic Beat will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
Stock availability Our current inventory system unfortunately does not allow for a live inventory. We will notify you via SMS or email shortly after checkout if something you have ordered is out of stock. The item/s will go onto backorder and will ship as soon as they arrive. Should the item go onto backorder for more than 3 (three) weeks, we will contact you to ask you how you would like to proceed. We will keep you notified of your order status every 5 working days.

Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Rythmic Beat bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Rythmic Beat by VCS (www.vcs.co.za) who are the approved payment gateway for First National Bank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
