Redemption Process for SHARKSMART Buy-1-Get-1-Free Vouchers
- To obtain your free item voucher code, SMS the word SHARKSMART to 36109
- You will receive a reply SMS with a unique 8 digit voucher code which you enter during checkout to claim your free item.
- Please see below for more details on how to redeem your voucher, as well as the terms & conditions associated with the voucher.
Online
- Visit www.rythmicbeat.co.za from a computer or cellular handset with internet access.
- Sign into the site by clicking the “Register/Sign in” button. New Users: Please register by filling in your requested details under “New Users”. Current Users: Please sign in by entering your requested details under “Current Users”.
- Browse the website and select the items you wish to purchase by pressing the “Add to cart” button on each individual item.
- Once you are ready to purchase, click on “Shopping Cart”, review your order and “Checkout”.
- Enter your voucher number where prompted to do so on the “Ship & Pay” screen. Your cart total will update with any relevant discount and you may complete the checkout process by following the on-screen prompts.
- Your order will be dispatched to you, when available.
- You will be notified via email or SMS of the status of your order.
- For future purchases, please do not forget your email/password combination.
Call Centre
- Contact our call centre on weekdays (excl. public holidays) between 8:00am and 5:00pm on 0861 RYTHMIC (798 4642).
- One of our call centre agents will register your account and assist you with your purchase by informing you of the latest releases etc.
- Quote your voucher number once you have decided on your purchase.
- Confirm your payment details (either credit card, internet transfer or cash deposit).
- The call centre agent will confirm the details of your order.
- Your order will be dispatched to you, when available
- For future purchases, please do not forget your email/password combination.
In-store
- This deal is only applicable to the Rythmic Beat Hillcrest & Springfield Park stores. For address details, please check out the Store locator at www.rythmicbeat.co.za under “Help”.
- Once in-store, choose the items that you wish to purchase and proceed to the sales counter and inform the salesperson that you would like to redeem a SHARKSMART voucher.
- Present the voucher number that was SMS’d to you to the salesperson in order for them to process your transaction.
- The voucher number will be authenticated to ensure that it is valid and has not been used before.
- The salesperson will then process your sale according to the terms & conditions of the voucher.
- For future purchases, please repeat this process.
Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers may only be redeemed for purchases of CD’s, DVD’s, Games & Blurays.
- Upon SMS’ing the word SHARKSMART to 36109, you will receive a SMS with your voucher number.
- SMS’s cost R5.00. Free SMS’s and bundled minutes do not apply.
- You may request and redeem as many vouchers as you wish..
- Please check your voucher SMS for the validity period.
- Your voucher entitles you to "Buy 1 (one) Get 1 (one) Free" up to the value of R200 (two hundred Rand).
- The free item may not exceed the price of the paid for item, up to a maximum discount of R200.
- Any value exceeding this will be subject to the difference being paid by you.
- No change will be given.
- No balance carry-over. i.e. no balance can be carried forward or utilised on the paid for item or any other item.
- Additional purchases over and above the 2 items will be invoiced at their full value.
- A delivery charge of R39.00 (thirty nine Rand) incl. VAT will be charged for each order (up to 4 items per order) when purchased online or via the call centre. Thereafter, each additional item will be charged at an additional R10.
- The delivery charge and any additional purchases over and above the utilisation value of the R200.00 (two hundred Rand) voucher can be paid via EFT, credit card or cash deposit.
- Vouchers cannot be used to cover the delivery fee.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
- Unused vouchers will not be replaced.
- Vouchers cannot be backdated.
- Allow a minimum of 72 (seventy two) working hours for delivery from the time of online/call centre ordering for in-stock items (excluding public holidays and weekends).
- Allow a minimum of 10 (ten) working days for delivery of out of stock items.
- Refunds and exchanges are only applicable for damaged goods and incorrectly supplied goods.
- Please note that each voucher can only be used once either in-store, online or via the call-centre.
- This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
