What is Refresh?

Refresh is a Durban based company that started in May 2008.  Refresh buys DVD's, CD's and Games, refurbishes them and then redistributes them through retail outlets. Initially Refresh product was only available in the Value Centre branch of Rythmic Beat but is now available in all Rythmic Beat stores as well as online.

In a time when everyone is searching for bargains, Refresh product is just right.  Refresh is priced at a fraction of the same product bought new.  Instead of buying a single new item, often you can walk out with two or sometimes even three items for the same Rand value.

Rythmic Beat is now able to offer our customers the ability to browse and purchase a selection of pre-owned titles online.  Please be sure to check out what we have to offer and remember to come back often as we are continually updating our selection.

Is there a guarantee?

For total peace of mind, Refresh offers a full guarantee on all of its stock - anything that is faulty can either be either swapped or we can refund you your money.

What do you sell online?

Our online store hold a selection of CD’s, movie and music DVD’s, Bluray’s and Games (PS2, PS3, Wii and Xbox).  Please remember that stock levels fluctuate due to supply  so certain lines may be constrained at times.

I have a lot of old CD’s, DVD’s, Bluray’s and Games lying around.  How can I sell them to you?

Selling your CD's, DVD's and Games to Refresh is a great way of both generating extra income and clearing out a lot of often unwanted and unused items.  Collectively, Refresh staff have years of experience and knowledge in the industry and evaluate each item individually to obtain the most accurate price for your stock.  This also insures that Refresh pays a better price than other pre-owned buyers, which are few and far between.

To have your stock evaluated, simply take it in to one of the Refresh drop off points in a Rythmic Beat store near you, with your ID and Proof Of Address.  Refresh will get back to you with an offer within ten working days.  If you accept our offer, Refresh will make a payment via EFT or cheque within two working days.  If however, you are unhappy with our offer, Refresh will return your stock at no fee.  On bigger collections, Refresh will come to you for evaluations and to collect.

What do I do if the item I bought is faulty?

Kindly complete and submit our Returns form and we will get back to you.

Can items that I bought be identically replaced?

As pre-owned supply is not guaranteed, we are unfortunately more often than not, unable to offer an identical replacement.
