Redemption Process for Buy-1-Get-1-Free Vouchers
- If you are an active member of Let's Go!, a Rythmic Beat voucher number will be SMS’d to you on a monthly basis. This SMS will contain the Rythmic Beat voucher number, value and validity.
- You can request a replacement Rythmic Beat voucher number by phoning our call-centre on 0861 RYTHMIC (0861 7984642) should you misplace your original Rythmic Beat voucher number. For security purposes, please allow up to 24 (twenty four) working hours for your replacement Rythmic Beat voucher to be issued.
- You can choose to redeem your Rythmic Beat voucher online, at one of the Rythmic Beat stores or via the Rythmic Beat call centre. Please see below for more details.
Online
- Visit www.rythmicbeat.co.za from a computer or cellular handset with internet access.
- New Users: Please register by clicking on “Register/Sign in”. Current Users: Please sign in.
- Browse the website and select the items you want by adding the items to your cart.
- Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart, review your order and checkout.
- Enter your latest Rythmic Beat voucher number when prompted to do so. Your cart total will update and you may complete the checkout process.
- Your order will be dispatched to you.
- Repeat this process monthly for as long as you are an active Let's Go! member.
- For future purchases, please do not forget your email/password combination.
Call Centre
- Contact our call centre on weekdays (excl. public holidays) between 8:00am and 5:00pm on 0861 RYTHMIC (0861 7984642).
- One of our call centre agents will register your account and assist you with your purchase by informing you of the latest releases.
- Quote your Rythmic Beat voucher number once you’ve decided on your purchase.
- Confirm your payment details (either credit card, internet transfer or cash deposit).
- The call centre agent will confirm the details of your order.
- Your order will be dispatched to you.
- Repeat this process monthly for as long as you are an active Let's Go! member.
- For future purchases, please do not forget your email/password combination.
In store Purchases
For in-store purchases, kindly note the following procedure:
- For a list of Rythmic Beat stores, please check out the Store locator at www.rythmicbeat.co.za under “Help”.
- Once in-store, choose the items that you wish to purchase and proceed to the sales counter and inform the salesperson that you are a Let's Go! member and that you would like to redeem a Rythmic Beat voucher.
- Present your Rythmic Beat voucher number that was SMS’d to you to the salesperson in order for them to process your transaction.
- The Rythmic Beat voucher number will be authenticated to ensure that it is valid and has not been used before.
- The salesperson will then process your sale according to the terms & conditions of the Rythmic Beat voucher.
- For future purchases, please repeat this process.
Terms and Conditions
- Rythmic Beat vouchers may only be redeemed for purchases of CD’s, DVD’s, Games & Blurays.
- You will receive a SMS monthly confirming your Rythmic Beat voucher number.
- You will only be allowed to redeem 1 (one) Rythmic Beat voucher per month.
- Monthly Rythmic Beat vouchers will become available on the 25th of every month.
- Each Rythmic Beat voucher is valid for 1 (one) month from date of issue. Please check your Rythmic Beat voucher SMS for the validity period.
- Your Rythmic Beat voucher entitles you to "Buy 1 (one) Get 1 (one) Free" up to the value of R200 (two hundred Rand) every month for as many months as your Let's Go! membership is valid.
- The free item may not exceed the price of the paid for item, up to a maximum discount of R200.
- Any value exceeding this will be subject to the difference being paid by you.
- No change given.
- No balance carry-over. i.e. no balance can be carried forward or utilised on the paid for item or any other item.
- Additional purchases over and above the 2 items will be invoiced at their full value.
- A delivery charge of R39.00 (thirty nine Rand) incl. VAT will be charged for each order (up to 4 items per order) when purchased online or via the call centre. Thereafter, each additional item will be charged at an additional R10.
- The delivery charge and any additional purchases over and above the R200.00 (two hundred Rand) voucher value can be paid via EFT, credit card or cash deposit.
- Rythmic Beat vouchers cannot be used to cover the delivery fee.
- Rythmic Beat vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one Rythmic Beat voucher may be used per transaction.
- Unused Rythmic Beat vouchers will not be replaced.
- Rythmic Beat vouchers cannot be backdated.
- Allow a minimum of 72 (seventy two) hours for delivery from the time of online/call centre ordering for in-stock items (excluding public holidays and weekends).
- Allow a minimum of 10 (ten) days for delivery of out of stock items.
- Refunds and exchanges are only applicable for damaged goods and incorrectly supplied goods.
- Please note that each Rythmic Beat voucher can only be used once via either in-store, online or the call-centre.
