Rythmic Beat R100 Voucher Terms & Conditions for The Unlimited World (CashReturns)
 
  1. Vouchers may only be redeemed for purchases of CD’s, DVD’s, Games & Blurays.
  2. Each voucher is valid for 3 (three) months from date of issue.  Please check your voucher SMS for  the validity period.
  3. Your voucher entitles you to R100 free value.
  4. Any value exceeding this will be subject to the difference being paid.
  5. No change given.
  6. No balance carry-over
  7. A delivery charge of R39.00 (thirty nine Rand) will be waived for the bearer of this voucher for any online and call centre orders.
  8. Any additional purchases over and above the R100.00 (one hundred Rand) voucher value can be paid via EFT, credit card or cash deposit.
  9. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
  11. Unused vouchers will not be replaced.
  12. Vouchers cannot be backdated.
  13. Allow a minimum of 72 (seventy two) hours for delivery from the time of ordering for in-stock items (excluding public holidays and weekends).
  14. Allow a minimum of 10 (ten) days for delivery of out of stock items.
  15. Refunds and exchanges are only applicable for damaged goods and incorrectly supplied goods.
  16. Please note that each voucher can only be used once via either in-store, online or the call centre.
  17. Vouchers may not be combined with Backbeat or any other special offer.

Redemption Process
 
  • A voucher number will be SMS’d to you.  This SMS will contain the voucher number, value and validity.
  • You can request a replacement voucher number by phoning our call-centre on 0861 RYTHMIC (0861 7984642) if you misplace your original voucher number.  For security purposes, please allow up to 24 working hours for your replacement to be issued.
  • You can choose to redeem your voucher online, at one of the Rythmic Beat stores or via the Rythmic Beat call centre. Please see below for more details.

Online
 
  1. Visit www.rythmicbeat.co.za from a computer or cellular handset with internet access.
  2. New Users: Please register by clicking on “Register/Sign in”. Current Users: Please sign in.
  3. Browse the website and select the items you want by adding the items to your cart.
  4. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart, review your order and checkout.
  5. Select the R0.00 SplashOut/Flowhost/CashReturns option under shipping.
  6. Enter your voucher number when prompted to do so.  Your cart total will update and you may complete the checkout process.
  7. Your order will be dispatched to you.
  8. For future purchases, please do not forget your email/password combination.
 
Call Centre
 
  1. Contact our call centre on week days (excl. public holidays) between 8:00am and 5:00pm on 0861 RYTHMIC (0861 7984642).
  2. One of our call centre agents will register your account and assist you with your purchase by informing you of the latest releases.
  3. Quote your voucher number once you’ve decided on your purchase.
  4. Confirm your payment details (either credit card, internet transfer or cash deposit).
  5. The call centre agent will confirm the details of your order.
  6. Your order will be dispatched to you.
  7. For future purchases, please do not forget your email/password combination.
 
In store Purchases

For in-store purchases, kindly note the following procedure:

  • For a list of Rythmic Beat stores, please check out the Store locator at www.rythmicbeat.co.za under “Help”.
  • Once in-store, choose the items that you wish to purchase and proceed to the sales counter and inform the salesperson that you are a CashReturns member and that you would like to redeem a voucher.
  • Present your voucher number that was SMS’d to you to the salesperson in order for them to process your transaction.
  • The voucher number will be authenticated to ensure that it is valid and has not been used before.
  • The salesperson will then process your sale according to the terms & conditions of the voucher.
  • For future purchases, please repeat this process.
