Backbeat online only "Buy-1-Get-1-Free voucher" (B1G1F)

For 2010, Backbeat members will qualify to receive a “Buy-1-Get-1-Free” voucher every month, to the value of R200.

To redeem:

  1. Register online at www.rythmicbeat.co.za with your cellphone number and valid Backbeat membership number.
  2. Allow 72 hours for activation.
  3. Thereafter, SMS the word BACKBEAT to 33648.
  4. An 8 digit voucher code will be SMS’d to you.
  5. Login to www.rythmicbeat.co.za, shop and enter this code during checkout to claim your discount.
  6. Repeat 3 – 5 monthly.
Terms & Conditions of voucher usage

  1. Your voucher entitles you to buy any CD, DVD, Bluray or Gaming product online to the value of R200 or more and choose any item to the value of R200 absolutely free.
  2. The cheaper of the 2 is free
  3. No change given.
  4. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
  5. Offer valid for online purchases only.
  6. 1 Voucher per month for the duration of your membership.
  7. Vouchers valid from 1st to end of that month.
  8. Vouchers cannot be accumulated.
  9. SMS’s cost R1.50.  Free SMS’s & bundled minutes do not apply.
  10. SMS requests for voucher numbers must originate from the number you registered online with.
  11. You will only be able to request your voucher after 72 hours of registering online.

  13. Vouchers cannot be used to cover the delivery fee.
  14. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
  15. You may only request your next voucher once your current voucher has expired.
  16. Unused vouchers will not be replaced.
  17. If you use a Buy-One-Get-One-Free (B1G1F) voucher you cannot benefit from your member discount for the items attached to that sale.  Once a B1G1F voucher is assigned to an order, any modifications to the order will clear the shopping cart.  Should you wish to purchase any additional items at the same time, please check these items out seperately and select the R0.00 shipping option for the non voucher based transaction.  You will then receive your Backbeat discount on this transaction, and we can add this item to your entire order.  Kindly send an email to orders@rythmicbeat.co.za and quote the 2 order numbers you wish to combine.  Please note that we will only combine orders which are placed together and only up to a maximum amount of 4 units in total.
  18. You will receive the requisite amount of vouchers commensurate to the duration of your chosen tier of Backbeat membership i.e. if you register in month 2 of a 6 month contract, we will upload 4 vouchers.  Should you register in month 6 of a 12 month membership, we will upload 6 vouchers.
  19. Should your Backbeat membership be in arrears, no vouchers will be allocated.

Backbeat in-store vouchers are issued with each Backbeat membership.  Your type of voucher depends on what tier of Backbeat you are currently on.  There are 3 types of vouchers:


Silver - R60 off R100 (available on renewal only)

  • These vouchers entitle the customer to receive R60 off R100.
  • A valid Backbeat membership card must be presented to redeem.
  • These vouchers are valid anytime during a Member’s Backbeat membership contract period.
  • This voucher may be redeemed against multiple items.
  • Vouchers may not be combined with Backbeat discount.
  • Lost/stolen vouchers will not be replaced.


Gold - “Buy-1-Get-1-Free” (B1G1F)

  • These vouchers entitle the customer to purchase 1 item for R150 and receive R150 free.
  • A valid Backbeat membership card must be presented to redeem.
  • These vouchers have a 3 month validity.
  • Vouchers may not be combined with Backbeat discount.
  • No change issued.
  • Lost/stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Gold - “Get-1-Free” (G1F)

  • These vouchers entitle the customer to receive 1 item for R150 free.
  • Each voucher is valid as a G1F for the first month of validity, and thereafter as a    B1G1F for 5 months.
  • A valid Backbeat membership card must be presented to redeem.
  • These vouchers have a 6 month total validity (1 as G1F, 5 as B1G1F).
  • Vouchers may not be combined with Backbeat discount.
  • No change issued.
  • Lost/stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
