What are your delivery charges and what delivery methods do you use?
For city and regional areas, we offer the convenience of door-to-door courier delivery at R39.00 (thirty nine Rand) per consignment/shipment (up to 4 items) The South African Postal services counter to counter service is used for delivery to all outlying areas and townships. The cost here remains R39.00 (thirty nine Rand). Please note that we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.
Live2Give members qualify for free delivery until November 2013. Please enter your active Live2Give membership number when prompted to do so during checkout to claim your free delivery.
Unlimited customers qualify for free delivery. Please select free delivery when prompted to do so during checkout to claim your free delivery.
How will I know if something is "Out of Stock"?
Our current system unfortunately does not make provision for an on-hand listing. Upon completion of checkout, you will be advised within approximately 24 hours if your order was in or out of stock, via email or SMS. The item will go onto backorder and your order will ship as soon as it arrives. Should the item go onto backorder for more than 3 (three) weeks, we will contact you to ask you how you would like to proceed. Please feel free to email or contact us telephonically to confirm stock availability prior to ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Rythmic Beat Online will, subject to having received payment for items ordered, deliver the items to you:
Outlying areas and townships will incur an additional delay, depending on area.
- within a minimum of 3 working days from the date of having received your payment, in respect of items which are in stock;
- within a minimum of 15 working days from the date of having received your payment, in respect of items which are not in stock.
How will I know when my order ships?
We will send an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped. This email/SMS will contain your tracking number which you may use to track the location of your parcel.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
City/Regional addresses: You can use the tracking module on our courier, Dawnwing’s website to track your order with the waybill number that was emailed or SMS’d to you.
Township addresses: You can track your order on the Post Office website available here, using the tracking number that was emailed or SMS’d to you.
Do we ship internationally?
We unfortunately do not ship items internationally at this point in time. We apologise for any inconvenience.
